  • Orders are shipped from US-based warehouses via CJ Dropshipping.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship only to the United States.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the USA at this time.

  • There are no hidden fees; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package on the carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Mumu is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed to the carrier.

  • If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact support@shopmumu.co within 14 days of delivery, and we will help resolve the issue.
